Over the past few weeks, we’ve restructured and re-strategized our department to create stronger pathways for resident success. Interest is at an all-time high, with more residents than ever eager to explore jobs and volunteer opportunities. This is exactly what we strive for—helping residents gain independence, thrive, and discover what makes them feel purposeful.
We are strengthening community partnerships to open doors for meaningful employment and volunteer experiences. We are also reinventing our Job Club sessions by inviting dynamic guest speakers who bring valuable insight and real-world knowledge.
In addition, we are expanding job readiness activities and hands-on opportunities that equip our residents with the skills, confidence, and independence they need to succeed.
