So many wonderful things are happening in the FIL World – it’s almost hard to keep up!
From a bustling programming calendar filled with enriching activities to residents embracing new opportunities in the community, we’re seeing incredible growth and momentum as we head toward the end of the year.
One of the many highlights has been the enhancements to our Medical Department, where we’ve improved systems to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.
Meanwhile, our residents have been actively exploring volunteer opportunities, integrating with the broader community and building meaningful connections.
Of course, with growth and change also come challenges.
This year, we’ve experienced both the heartbreak of saying goodbye to a beloved resident who passed away and the transitions of residents moving on from the program.
Yet, we’re also welcoming new faces and exciting prospects, which remind us of the vibrancy and strength of our community.
Staff growth and development have also been key themes this year, and I couldn’t be more excited about where FIL stands today.
We’re ending the year on a high note, focused on our mission to provide a place where residents can not only live but THRIVE!
