As we’ve mentioned many times, FIL is always looking to improve. We’re excited about the changes that are taking place at Enrichment, and now we’re excited to announce two new changes happening in our Health and Wellness programs.
NUTRITION
We are thrilled to be engaging Jordana Tobelem, certified Nutritionist, to assist us with Healthy Cafe and educational opportunities for our staff and residents.
Jordana’s first order of business will to evaluate our menu and offer suggestions on ways we can make the delicious meals even healthier.
Jordana will also be teaching healthy eating and food options to both our staff and our residents so they can make better decisions while shopping and preparing meals.
FITNESS
You’ve seen us adding additional fitness activities (Walking Club; Hot Rod Club), and now we’re expanding the number of days that our fitness trainers will be here.
Nick Watson, who’s been with us for a while, will be adding extra days as well as leading our Men’s Group.
Additionally, we are adding the talents of Aline De Souza (pictured above), who will also be providing group training classes.
All of this was thanks to the generosity of the James I Coddington, Jr. Community Foundation of Broward Charitable Trust as well as all of you who donated on Giving Tuesday.
And the best part? We’re just getting started. THANK YOU for your continued support!
